- "Booking" refers to the reservation of accommodation and/or services at our resort.

- "Services" refers to all services provided by Knight Oasis Resorts, including accommodation, dining, and other amenities.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By making a booking, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3.2 Booking Process
To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information including:
- Full name
- Contact information (email and phone number)
- Payment details
- Identification details as required by law
3.3 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
3.4 Special Requests
While we endeavor to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee their availability. Additional charges may apply for special requests.
4. Payment Terms

4.3 Currency

Important: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Guest
Cancellation policies vary based on rate type and season:

5.2 No-Show Policy
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
5.3 Early Departure
Guests departing earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not receive any refund for unused nights.
5.4 Cancellation by Resort
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to:
- Force majeure events
- Unexpected maintenance issues
- Overbooking due to system errors
- Guest violation of resort policies
In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative accommodation of similar standard.
5.5 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
6. Check-in and Check-out
6.1 Check-in
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in
6.2 Check-out
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges
- Guests must settle all outstanding charges at check-out
7. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct
7.1 General Conduct
Guests are expected to:
- Respect other guests and resort staff
- Comply with all resort policies and regulations
- Use resort property responsibly
- Keep noise levels reasonable, especially during night hours
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking in non-designated areas
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Bringing prohibited items or substances
- Damaging resort property
- Commercial photography without prior permission
7.3 Liability for Damages
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to resort property caused by themselves or their visitors.
Important: We reserve the right to evict guests without refund for violation of resort policies or disruptive behavior.
8. Liability and Limitations
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knight Oasis Resorts shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss or theft of guest property
- Personal injury, except where caused by our negligence
- Service interruptions beyond our control
8.2 Guest Property
We provide in-room safes for guest valuables. We are not responsible for loss or theft of items not secured in provided safes.
8.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or utility failures.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Knight Oasis Resorts and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
